Customulove usually ships to all states in the United States, but not including to the following addresses: Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Minor Islands, Guam, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.If you are unsure whether your location is eligible for shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 We Accept Refunds Under The Following Circumstances:

  • Unused Goods:Only unused goods in their original condition are eligible for a refund. If the goods have been used or are no longer in their original condition, we will not issue a refund.
  • Damaged or Defective Goods: If the goods you receive are damaged or defective during transportation or have manufacturing defects, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange.Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the goods to report any issues of this nature.
  • Order Error:If you receive goods that do not match the items you selected when placing your order, we will provide a full refund or exchange.

Shipping Fee

If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee, which will vary depending on the courier company chosen. 

However, if the return is due to our error, such as receiving damaged or incorrect goods, the consumer will not be required to cover the shipping fee for this reason.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
